• Motorized spindle repair process begins with database creation for computerized tracking and documentation of your spindle through each successive stage of the repair process
• Disassembly and thorough bench testing of spindles and motors: Includes extensive vibration diagnostics, spindle temperature analysis and runout readings on all exterior surfaces with precision test equipment.
• Each integral part of the spindle or motor meticulously polished, cleaned and analyzed then checked for size, run-out, alignment, parallelism and any deviation from our lab tolerances and specifications. Optimal tolerance levels for housing bores and shaft bearings determined.
• Following complete spindle analysis, we will notify you of our recommendations for motorized spindle repair, retrofit upgrade, or spindle remanufacture. Upon approval, your spindle is repaired or remanufactured to OEM specifications in our fully-equipped machining facility. After optimal tolerances are achieved, your equipment is carefully reassembled in a temperature-controlled clean-room environment.
• Final balancing and performance testing conclude the spindle repair process. All the documentation is kept in our database for future reference.
• One year warranty for all manufactured spindles and remanufactured spindles.
