Analyze Spindles for Service and Recondition

Our spindle repair process has 10 steps so we can determine why your spindle broke and then find the best solution for fixing it and getting it back on the floor. It begins with creation of a database for your spindle. This will be used to track and document your equipment throughout the process. Our process includes a thorough bench testing of spindles and motors, including extensive vibration diagnostics and spindle temperature analysis. Runout readings will be taken on all exterior surfaces with precision test equipment. Each integral part of the spindle or motor will be meticulously cleaned and analyzed for any deviation from our lab tolerances and specifications. Optimal tolerance levels for housing bores and shaft bearings will be determined.

Spindle Repairs by Our Trained Technicians

After complete spindle analysis, you will be notified about our recommendations for spindle repair, upgrade, or spindle remanufacture, and upon your approval the process will continue. After optimal tolerances are achieved, your equipment will be reassembled in a temperature-controlled clean room. Final balancing, performance testing and inspection will conclude the process, and all documentation will be included in your database files.
